Plauge News – Friends, not only physically, but there are various preparations for caring for the skin that need to be done before the moment of Ramadan.
As is known, for some women, the skin can become dry when fasting. Not to mention if the weather is hot.
Facial skin can even peel off due to lack of hydration.
But don’t worry, because you can save your skin from this dry and peeling condition with external and internal care.
Skin care from within includes regularly consuming fruits and vegetables, as well as meeting the body’s fluid needs at dawn and breaking the fast by drinking lots of water.
In addition, you can also routinely apply skincare as an external treatment.

According to dr. Shari, there are 3 main types of skincare that must be used during Ramadan to maintain skin moisture.
The first skincare is facial wash. As is known, facial wash is a skincare product that functions to remove dirt, dust and makeup residue that sticks to the skin.
“Basic skincare that needs to be used regularly is a facial wash or facial cleanser,” he told .
In addition, dr. Shari also added that the selection of this facial wash needs to be adjusted to the type of skin, for example dry skin or oily skin.
“In addition to facial wash, you must also use a moisturizer,” added dr. Shari.
Just like the facial wash, you also need to choose a moisturizer with the right content for your skin.
For example, if Kawan Puan’s skin is dry, you need to find a moisturizer with content such as hyaluronic acid or shea butter.
On the other hand, if your skin tends to be oily, you need to find a moisturizer that is not greasy and absorbs quickly.

Dear Madam, those are the three main types of skincare that need to be used routinely during the month of Ramadan.
So from now on, let’s routinely use basic skincare such as facial wash, moisturizer and sunscreen to prepare skin for Ramadan.
However, if you feel that the three types of skincare are still lacking, you can add other skincare according to your skin’s needs. (*)
