  2. 1 tbsp honey
  3. 1/4 tsp arena cinnamon
  4. 1/8 tsp arena cloves

  8. 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

  12. 1 1/2 cups tawny juice
  13. 1 tsp lemon juice

  1. For the Honey Nut Crumble: Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced. Line a baking tray when baking paper.
