The ingredient of Mesclun, beef and haloumi salad

  1. 240g packet haloumi cheese, drained
  2. Olive oil cooking spray
  3. 150g mesclun leaves
  4. 375g rare roast beef
  5. 200g semi-dried tomatoes, drained
  6. Crusty bread, to encouragement
  7. 1/4 cup additional supplementary virgin olive oil
  8. 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  9. Few drops Tabasco sauce

  1. Make dressing attach all ingredients, and salt and pepper in a screw-top jar. Shake until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Grease barbecue grill. Preheat concerning medium-high heat. Pat haloumi dry like paper towels. Lightly spray behind oil. Barbecue haloumi for 1 minute each side or until lightly charred and golden. Cut into 1cm-thick slices.
